11. Haferl shoes: Are traditional shoes, that you wear with your lederhosen. Originally they were used as work shoes in the alpine area and have become a real classic today, also because of their resistance, durability, the reinforced toe and the nailed shoe sole. In Bavaria it is also known as the Bundschuh, while in Austria it is called the Schützenschuh. According to legend, the Schumacher Franz Schratt created it by taking inspiration from goat hooves. The origin is probably even older.
